The sequence of registration for a DISTANT participation is as follows:
1) Register hto participate (fill in the "Registration Form"). Photos are attached to the registration form (as links to any file exchange). If the author can not attach links to photos, then the form can be sent without links and the photo materials are to be sent to email: info@esotericexpo.com
2) After the organizing committee has reviewed the materials sent, you'll receive the confirmation from the organizing committee about the possibility of participating in the project, After that proceed to payment (links to the payment can be found in the letter from the organizing committee, and it is also possible to pay the oroganization fee from the page "Entrance fees").
3) The organizing committee will print and arrange the works for the exhibition and competition;
4) All authors have the right to attend all events (master classes, lectures, creative meetings);
5) Main events will be broadcasted: https://vk.com/eurasianartunion 
6) At the end of the exhibition distant participants receive diplomas in electronic form (within 1-2 weeks) and have the opportunity to order a paper version via regular mail.

2) Photocopy on the wall, A3-format, with frame design 50*40 cm. (+750 rubles or 13 euros)  (pay)
3) Photocopy on the wall, printing on foam A3 (+750 rubles or 13 euros) (pay)
4) Photocopy on the wall, printing on foam A2 (+1290 rubles or 22 euros) (pay)
5) Photocopy on wall, printing on foam A1 (1980 rubles or 33 euros) (pay)
6) Photocopy on the wall, printing on foam A0 (2990 rubles or 50 euros) (pay)

Please note: The foamboard is issued to the author free of charge within 1 week after the end of the exhibition. Then there are the rules defined for works stored in the organizing committee (see the section "Additional payment for storage of works").

In-person participation means the presentation at the exhibition (on the wall or on the podium) of originals or giclees.

Two options of IN-PERSON participation

Option 1: The author delivers their work(s) to the exhibition (gallery "Art-Kommuna" in the mall "Kievskaya", Moscow, Kievskaya St., d., 2, 4-1 floor, the nearest metro station is "Kievskaya")

Option 2: The author sends their work(s) by any transport company to the organizing committee office.
If art objects are delivered by a courier ("to the porch"): it is necessary to specify the address: 119072, Moscow, Serafimovicha st., 2, Club "Yunost", contact person: Kuznetsova 

At the end of the exhibition, all art objects, diplomas and photocopies (foamboard) can be stored in the organizing committee office for up to 1 week free of charge. In case of storage more than 1 week there's an additional charge of 50 rubles / per day.

All participants will be published in a full-color catalog "THE WORLD OF ESOTERICS"

The catalog will be available in two languages: Russian and English.

Catalog cost: 
- paper format (for payment before May 15, 2024): 2,600 rubles (pay);
- paper format (for payments after May 15, 2024): 3,500 rubles (pay);
- electronic format in a pdf file: 1000 rubles (to pay)
